The Cimarron Customer Care plan includes the following coverage when added to any Cimarron monthly service.
- Travel Time: There will be no trip charge for service calls, covered under this service agreement. (A $35-$65 value depending on distance)
- Labor Charges: The first hour of labor is covered, ($90 value)
- Basic Programming: Basic programming of equipment purchased thru Cimarron. (Router’s, Mesh Networks, Point to Point Systems etc.)
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting of all Cimarron installed equipment, to include; (cables, routers, mesh networks, Point to Points as well as, slow or inadequate speeds for the service package subscription purchased thru Cimarron)
- In-Home Communication Wiring: replacement or repair up to Cimarron owned equipment or customer owned equipment, purchased thru Cimarron.
*With the Cimarron Customer Care Service Agreement charges will apply for each service location. (This plan DOES NOT include the repair or replacement of customer owned equipment such as phones, answering machines, routers, computers, mesh networks, point to points, TV, VCR, DVD, blue-ray players, fax machines, sound systems or any other device that utilizes Internet provided thru Cimarron Telecommunications.)
