Is your connection slow or completely off?

Is it all devices or just one?

Have you rebooted your router by unplugging it from power for at least 1 minute?

Have you restarted the device that is giving you problems? If it is just one device possibly the connection to your router is poor, due to distance from the router or other interference.  Try checking other devices to see how they are performing.

Have you checked your power supply to your router? Make sure all connections are secure. Have you unplugged your router from power?

Are there 3 lights to the far right on your ONT – Power, CPU and WAN solid orange/red.  Also 1 light to the far left of your ONT – LAN1 orange/red flickering?  If not unplug this device for at least 1 minute.  It will take it up to 5 minutes to come back up.
